“Firdaus-e-Hami ast": My Kashmir Visit in one frame
Last month, I visited Pahalgam, Kashmir with my family. The weather was pleasant and view was breathtaking. I am not a selfie person, but I really wanted to capture the view I’ve had seen and I decided to capture with it my artwork. But there’s one more problem, I did not carry my canvas paper, paint, or any other things for obvious reasons. But I do have my Tablet, so I start sketching the view on my tablet through digital art.
I know, some people think that artis something that has the use of
our own hand and feel to touch it and most important the hard work. But Digital
artwork does have the use of my hand s and talking about the feel, I do my all
work with the compassion and love, so there is a feel undoubtedly.
In traditional way of painting, you cannot undo anything if you
mistakenly wronged, but in digital art you have an option to undo. It eases
your work and save time too. So, if you have an option to ease your work than why
deliberately choose hard work, if you have an option for smart-work.
I am not saying, traditional painting is a gone-case but in the new
technical era, digital art is more fascinating and demanding. Then why not
learn both of them one-by-one.
So, back to the point, I am talking about my visit to Pahalgam and
painted a digital art to capture the beautiful view of Pahalgam. In the month
of October, the weather of Pahalgam was mild and pleasant. I and my family
enjoyed the sunny weather, visited Mamaleswar valley that is situated nearby
the ladder valley, we also visited Chandanwari, and Betaab valley.
The digital painting, I am sharing here with you is a small representation
of Betaab Valley. When I visited there, I got to knew, how this valley got its name.
Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab shooted around this valley and
the movie was a blockbuster at its time. And that’s what the time, people start
calling this beautiful valley, ‘Betaab valley’.
The place is very neat and clean, there are was enough space to
spend time with your family, and friends. I could not take off my eyes from the
amusing view of the Valley, and I took out my Tab and start drawing the view to
take it with me to Delhi. It took me 2 hours to complete the painting but it
was worthy. I was very happy with my trip and my digital art.

all my artwork digitally. I know many people will say that it does not have
that feeling of Canvas, it doesn’t have that touch of your fingers, but I am
always a ‘try something new’ kind of a person. I really like doing Digital Art
painting, it has its own benefits. If you want me to write about it too let me
